Happy Friday! I hope you all are having a wonderful week. Our grade level enjoyed a very special treat on Tuesday. Ms. Gervonder Brown came to see us at the Upper Campus to share her Geechee Gullah Culture. Island Gal, or Ms. Brown, sang songs, told stories, and shared her families tradition of sweet grass baskets. The students and I thoroughly enjoyed her visit.
