Dear Parents and Families,
We did it! We officially made it to the last week of school. Monday and Tuesday will be regular days, but Wednesday and Thursday will be half day dismissals, and Friday will be the first official day of summer. Report Cards will go home in Communication Folders on Wednesday. If you have any unpaid library fines or school fees, please take care of those this week before school ends. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I am looking forward to spending these precious last days with your students!

Weekly Update for May 27th-31st, 2019
Dear Parents and Families,
Happy Friday! We are officially in the single digits in regards to the remaining days of school this year. After today we have 8 days of school left, with the last two being half days. It's hard to believe this year is almost over, this year has flown by! The next days will be filled with fun activities to celebrate the wonderful year we had. I hope you all enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend!

Weekly Update for May 13th-17th, 2019
Dear Parents and Families,
Happy Friday! Thank you all so much for your kind emails and gifts for Teacher Appreciation Week. I have been thoroughly spoiled and I can promise you I feel very appreciated. I am so blessed to be your child's teacher this year and I am not looking forward to having to say goodbye in a few weeks. Looking ahead to next week, we have SC Ready Testing on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please make sure your child gets plenty of sleep and eats a nutritious breakfast before leaving the house. Have a great weekend!

Weekly Update May 6th-10th, 2019
Dear Parents and Families,
Happy Friday! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying this beautiful Spring weather! Next week, I will begin some test prep with the students to prepare for the upcoming SC Ready state assessment. I know the students are prepared but I do want to refresh skills that were taught at the beginning of the year so that my students are confident on our testing days. If you have signed up to send in snacks, thank you and feel free to go ahead and send those in. Some of you already have! I hope you all have a great weekend and I look forward to another great week here at LCEU!
