Weekly Update for April 29th-May 3rd, 2019

Dear Parents and Families,
Happy Friday!!  It's hard to believe it, but we have made it to the less than 30 days mark for this school year. Next week we will begin test prep for our SC Ready assessment coming up in a few weeks. Thank you so much for everyone who volunteered to send in treats and cereal for that week, the students and I are eternally grateful!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I look forward to another great week at LCEU!

Weekly Update for April 22nd-26th, 2019

                                     

Dear Parents and Families,

Happy Friday!  We did it, we made it to Spring Break! I know we are all looking forward to a week with a much more relaxed schedule. Whether your traveling or staying here, I hope you all a Happy and Restful Spring Break!  We will return on Monday, April 22nd.  When we do return, we will hit the ground running as we will only have 7 more weeks of school!  We're almost to summer!

Weekly Update

Dear Parents and Families,

Happy Friday!  We are officially one week away from Spring Break and the excitement can already be felt in the classroom. Next week will wrap up our Spring MAP testing on Tuesday with the Math portion being completed. The ELA portion was completed this week and I am very proud of the progress I am seeing being made. Our week will end with a half day dismissal on Friday at 11:30.  When we return, we will continue with our units of study in fractions, the Civil War and Matter.  I hope you have a great weekend and I look forward to another great week of learning at LCEU!
